UK Social Value workshop

The UK's Public Sector (Social Value) Act 2012 has the potential to transform how the public sector delivers its services and work with the private and third sector in delivering improved social services. This workshop, held by DAC Beachcroft, aims to help public and private sector actors to deal with the act's practical implementation.

The workshop will cover a briefing on the Public Services (Social Value) Act, provide an understanding of how to develop social value metrics, understand how procurement can lead on creating change and delivering better value and social outcomes, and give good practice examples.

The workshop is suited to public sector organisations, private sector partners and suppliers, and third sector providers who want to learn how social value policies and metrics can improve their work towards environmental and social targets.
