Innovative procurement workshop at Open Days 2014
Taking place on 7 October from 14.30 until 17.00, the innovative procurement workshop will highlight the regional aspects of Innovation Procurement, focusing mainly on the health sector.
Two best practice examples will be presented: one by the Thalea project, which aims to improve the care for life-threatened patients by telemedicine and tele-monitoring; and the other by the Stop and Go project, which aims to improve telecare services for frail elderly people with multiple conditions.
In addition, information will be shared about support given by the European Commission for PCP and PPI in Horizon 2020, emphasising the calls on health.
