Conference on the new EU rules on procurement and concessions

In view of the formal adoption of the new Procurement and Concessions Directives expected in January 2014, Commissioner Michel Barnier invites all stakeholders interested in public procurement to attend this Conference.

The conference will provide a platform to present and discuss the most important changes and simplifying measures introduced by the new Procurement Directives as well as introduce the new Concessions Directive.

Panel discussions on the implications for SMEs, green public procurement and innovation in the EU will be the main focus of the event, accompanying speeches by Commissioner Barnier and the Greek Presidency of the Council of the EU. Registration for the conference is free.
