EMPATTICS PCP Open Market Consultation Paris
As part of the International Partnership of the EMPATTICS Project, the `Open Market Consultation workshop´ will take place in Paris on 14 October 2016. The project seeks for an innovative way to improve the life quality of chronic disease patients through and holistic approach and new management tools.
The free of charge workshop will explore different solutions for a more efficient and effective use of services and will highlight the importance of implementing ICT monitoring tools for Diabetes, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and Cardiac insufficiency patients. Innovative and personalised health technologies to enhance self-management for people with chronic illnesses through innovative ICT tools will be discussed to demonstrate their applicability in different target populations.
The event aims to bring together different size companies who have expertise in healthcare and digital health, experience design, patient and user empowerment and involvement, security and interoperability to participate and network with relevant stakeholders
