H2020 Information Day - Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy

The European Commission has organised an information day in Brussels on 28 March, where it will to present and explain calls for proposals EE8 and EE11. These relate to the role of ICT provision in delivering energy efficiency in buildings and in public procurement practices. The event will include presentations of the calls, a question and answer session, and an open networking session for participants wishing to present their ideas.

The information session may also be of interest to the social sciences and humanities community involved in societal research that needs to be integrated into the market uptake part, addressing concerns about data security, public acceptance and ensure that citizens see the clear financial benefit of the proposed solution

The deadline for proposals on both these calls is 5 June 2014.
